Let’s get right into it and talk about the the importance of networking. As you grind and work your way up, you will start finding yourself in those rooms with other talented individuals. You might start comparing yourselves to them or looking at them as competition rather than tapping into them as a resource. You never know if the person you are talking to could open up your mind to something else or be the source of a future opportunity.
