Jesus said that in this world we would have tribulation, and that's a sad fact. But He also said if you believe in Him and placed your cares in His hands, He would give you the peace that ONLY He can give. A peace that mankind doesn't know, because it's above man's understanding. Now that's wisdom at its highest point, especially since Christ has already overcome the world, defeated Satan and all his minions, and is now Lord of Lords and King of Kings. Who else is there mightier than Him eh? NOBODY! That's why it makes complete sense to entrust all of our cares into His most capable hands. It's foolish for one who claims to believe in the mightiest force in the universe to live scared and afraid, when His awesome help is just a prayer away. Please remember, He is always with you!
