Suz is a full time working mom of two wild boys, a wife, and she is building her coaching business all while juggling all of the things! She used to put herself last, and felt guilty for taking any time for herself. Last year, she decided this was truly unhealthy and decided to become a certified coach so she could not only help hold herself accountable, but help other moms who may be feeling the same way she did.
