As we draw to the end of 2022 and many are beginning to think about new goals, it's essential to pause and self-reflect.
It's about learning, looking back on the last year (without bias or regret) to contemplate your behavior and its consequences.
You can only be at the "top of your game when you learn how to engage the future from your past experiences.

Humans have the propensity to use logic and reason to predict what will happen next based on what has already happened. Self-reflection helps to prevent stress and deal with surprises when our predictions are wrong, or incorrect assumptions are made.

Self-reflection provides opportunities for improvement, change, innovation, communication, problem-solving, and patience.
