The Importance of Sleep And How To Get It

Sleep is for the weak or I can sleep when I'm dead.

Are just two of the phrases that people like to bandy around that makes us feel like sleep isn't as important as it is to our bodies.

And yet, sleep deprivation can have people hallucinating after 5 days.  That's a pretty strong indication that your body cannot survive forever and greatly benefits from sleep.

Sleep and fertility have also been studied and documented.  And it is found that night shift workers often have more trouble with fertility.

So today let's get into the importance of sleep for fertility and let me give you some amazing tips that I have honed over the years that you definitely won't find ANYWHERE on the internet.
