Unpaid internships can be mutually beneficial as long as they meet a few core criteria from both sides. Its a value exchange so as a business owner, consider the value you can give back for the time and energy they're giving you. Same the other way around, if you're looking for unpaid experience, make sure you get the value out of it that you're looking for.
