Callum speaks to his good friend, Rita, in this week's episode. Rita has been a nurse for 8 years and is looking to move into a career which will serve her move and ultimately give her more fulfilment. The only thing stopping her is imposter syndrome surrounding her new work line, creating a barrier. Callum coaches Rita through this, helping her understand that she really has much more experience and credibility in this line of work than she actually believes.
