Formally a fashion buyer for many years Sara realised that ignoring the sense that this career path was no longer aligned was impacting her health and so she needed to make some big changes.
Finding yoga and meditation Sara realised her suspicions that this wasn’t how she was supposed to feel were correct as her introduction to self and spiritual development uncovered the conditioning from her past that was no longer able to be ignored.
Sara became immensely passionate about spiritual development finding Human Design along the way diving straight into the deep end studying with Mentors and leaders in the field then combining her lessons from Yoga and HD to start leading a coaching business to support clients in their own journey.
After a number of years Sara became a student of the Inner Leadership Academy and addressed the blocks that had been causing her to hesitate when it came to calling in clients and owning her authority as a powerful coach and leader.
This conversation is an insight into Sara’s awesome journey that many current and aspiring coaches will relate to and likely find some golden gems of wisdom for their own journey along the way.
