Sharing my thoughts as I continue on this emotional, spiritual and physical roller coaster. Why is it that it takes someone putting a label on our lifespan for us to realize that life is short? Why do we think we can do this life alone? When will we realize that control is a false narrative that brings so much unnecessary stress?
