Hi Friends!
We've missed you! We have so much to talk about, but until then please enjoy these 13 extra special episodes called The Inclusivity Series.
Created by Ashley in collaboration with lululemon, this series of conversations attempt to answer the question: How do we make the wellness industry more inclusive?
Over the course of these 13 conversations, we talk about wellness, fitness, anti-blackness, diet culture, climate change, and much much more.
What started as a call to action to be better wellness practitioners has morphed into lessons on allyship and vulnerability.
Each speaker brings something incredible to the table and we hope you'll enjoy them all!

About the speakers:
Oliver Slayton (they/them) is a Queer Activist and has been an advocate since first grade when they created the Gender & Sexuality Alliance in their elementary school. Oliver speaks at temples and schools- sharing their story wherever they feel it might have the most power. They're also a pretty incredible make-up artist.

Beth Niernberg (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 22 years of experience in the field of mental health in Boston. She is an expert in trauma and sexual exploitation and the mental health of those living with complex trauma in under-resourced communities. Beth spends lots of time helping people untangle narratives that no longer serve them and then helps to co-write new ones. Beth loves to hang out in the space between authenticity, resilience, and healthier relationship skills. She is fascinated by the structure of shame and guilt and how they play a role in being stuck in places that no longer feel productive. As a queer woman, Beth works with families on issues regarding gender identity and sexual orientation while teaching families to advocate for their children. Beth currently has a private practice where she is seeing too many humans to count and trying to help folks keep it together in a very challenging time.
