I was inspired to record this episode based on an episode I listened to of The Authority Hacker Podcast and it's something I feel most people who have an online business have experienced at least once.
Episode #70 is being released before episode #69 as today's guest (who is awesome!) has a book launch TODAY so I said we'd try get as much attention for the book today as possible and it's all super relevant to what we discuss in today's show.
As your business grows bigger it's inevitable that you'll come across an unhappy customer but don't worry as there is a correct way of handling this and turning their experience into a positive one.
There are so many opportunities throughout the year to let your customers know what's going on in your business and to create more revenue at the time of the holidays.
This is one of the most common excuses I hear from people as the reason they (wrongly) believe that they can't create their own online business and work for themselves.
Images are so important online these days and I don't think a lot of people who run an online business realize just how important they actually are or what sets aside a good image from a bad one.
The world is changing and that includes how people discover and purchase new products. In this episode you'll hear me talk about how I believe that if you advertise on TV, Radio or even in Newspapers and Magazines, that you are throwing your money down the drain.
With so many different social networks out there now, all having features that make them different from the next, how do you know which is the correct one to choose for your business?
We are bombarded with distractions every second of every day, especially with the crazy rate that technology is growing, but we need to learn to remove these distractions so that we can build our businesses.
Happy New Year! Let's kick off 2017 by setting what could be some life changing goals and discuss how we can achieve those goals. I'll also be discussing my own goals for this year and let you know what my plans are.
