ABOUT THIS TEACHING

In this teaching from 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 in the Amplified Bible, we walk verse by verse through the law of sowing and reaping, why Paul explained it using farming, and why it applies to far more than money. Your time, your help, your encouragement, and your gifts are all seed.

You will also see the verse I have prayed in first person for almost 20 years, and how to receive God's promise of provision the exact same way you received salvation. By faith. Not by sight.

This is Part 18 of the Growing in God series, taught live on our morning call inside the Increase Academy.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

- How the law of sowing and reaping actually works

- Why sowing sparingly still produces a harvest

- What generous really means (open handed)

- Why God loves a cheerful, heartfelt giver

- What all grace and every earthly blessing includes

- What it means to be completely self sufficient in Him

- How to receive by faith when circumstances say otherwise

ABOUT THIS TEACHING

Most of the struggles we stay stuck in are not a grace problem. They are a perspective problem. We do not understand our relationship with the Father.

In this teaching from Romans 5:1-2 in the Amplified Bible, we look at what it means to be justified, which the Amplified defines as acquitted of sin and declared blameless before God. Acquitted means every charge against you has been dropped. Then we walk into the remarkable state of grace you already stand in, firmly, safely and securely, and I give you the definition of grace I want you to write down.

I also show you why you already know how to receive from God. You did it with salvation. You heard something, you prayed something, and you believed you received it with no proof at all. That is faith, and it is the same process for everything else.

This is Part 17 of the Growing in God series, taught live on our morning call inside the Increase Academy.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN What justified actually means in Romans 5:1 (acquitted, all charges dropped) Why you already have faith, and how you proved it at salvation What the remarkable state of grace is and why you are already standing in it The definition of grace: full and free access to all the Father is and all He has Why God is not tolerating your access, He wants to give it to you How to approach the throne of grace boldly instead of timidly Why the fear of missing God's will is keeping good people frozen

CHAPTERS 0:00 Why most of our struggles trace back to one misunderstanding 1:32 Romans 5:1 and what justified actually means 3:01 Acquitted: every charge against you has been dropped 3:37 You already used faith once, and here is how 7:54 Romans 5:2 and the remarkable state of grace you stand in 10:19 Grace defined: full and free access to all He is and all He has 10:54 The fridge and the pantry at my dad's house 14:12 Hebrews 4:16: come to the throne boldly 15:11 Stop being afraid of missing God's will 18:59 Prayer

What does it actually mean to walk in the Spirit?

In this line-by-line Bible study of Galatians 5:1-26, Travis Peters breaks down Paul's teaching on grace, freedom in Christ, walking with the Holy Spirit, and the fruit of the Spirit.

Galatians 5 reveals an important distinction between trying to earn right standing with God through your performance and living from the grace and freedom Jesus has already provided. Paul warns believers about slipping back into a works-based mindset and shows us a better way: living by faith and being led by the Holy Spirit.

You'll also discover a practical key in Galatians 5:16: make it a habit to seek the Holy Spirit and respond to His guidance. Instead of responding impulsively to fear, pressure, anger, temptation, or circumstances, we can develop the habit of becoming aware of God's presence and following His direction.

In this teaching, you'll learn:

• What it really means to be free from the law and live under grace • Why you cannot earn righteousness through good works • What "fallen from grace" actually means in the context of Galatians 5 • How false teaching can slowly distort your understanding of faith • How to walk habitually with the Holy Spirit • How to become more responsive to the Holy Spirit's guidance • Why the fruit of the Spirit is the result of His presence within you • What to do when you're struggling with joy, peace, patience, or self-control • How awareness of God's presence can change the way you handle money, relationships, business decisions, pressure, and everyday life

The fruit of the Spirit isn't something you have to manufacture through willpower. As you become increasingly aware of the Holy Spirit living within you and learn to respond to His guidance, His presence produces fruit in your life: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Make this your habit today:

Seek the Holy Spirit first. Become aware of His presence. Listen for His guidance. Then respond when He leads.

What if the fruit of the Spirit isn't something you're supposed to struggle to produce?

In this teaching from Increase Academy, Travis Peters walks through Galatians 5 and reveals a powerful truth about walking in the Holy Spirit: the fruit of the Spirit is the result of His presence within us.

Love. Joy. Peace. Patience. Kindness. Goodness. Faithfulness. Gentleness. Self-control.

These aren't things you have to manufacture through willpower. The Holy Spirit already lives within you. The key is learning to live aware of His presence, seek Him, and respond to His guidance.

In this teaching, you'll discover:

• What it really means to walk habitually in the Holy Spirit • Why the fruit of the Spirit is the result of His presence within you • How to respond to problems from the Spirit instead of reacting impulsively • Why awareness of God's presence changes how you handle fear and anxiety • How to experience peace even when your circumstances haven't changed • What biblical patience actually looks like while you're waiting • How to stop letting fear, worry, anger, and your circumstances control your reactions • Why the sinful nature doesn't have the authority over you that you may think it does • How to seek the Holy Spirit's guidance in everyday decisions • How to walk in joy and peace regardless of what your bank account, business, or circumstances are saying

Galatians 5:16 tells us to walk habitually in the Holy Spirit, seeking Him and responding to His guidance.

That's the key.

When unexpected news comes, when the money looks tight, when somebody makes you angry, or when fear tries to take over, don't simply react.

Stop.

Become aware of the Holy Spirit's presence.

Seek Him.

Listen for His guidance.

Then respond.

The Holy Spirit hasn't left you because you're frustrated, impatient, worried, or afraid. He is still with you. The question is whether you're living conscious of His presence.

When you become aware of the One who lives within you, His presence begins producing fruit in your life: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

You don't need perfect circumstances to have peace.

You have the Holy Spirit.

What if the financial need you're worried about has already been met by God?

In this teaching, Travis Peters shares Increase Principle #10: Every Need You Will Ever Have Is Already Met from his book Increase Principles: 21 Ways to Break Free From the Poverty Mindset & Activate the Increase Life.

Philippians 4:19 says that God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. But when an unexpected bill shows up, your bank account looks low, or your business hits a difficult season, it's easy to believe what you see more than what God has promised.

In this teaching, you'll discover how to:

• Break free from fear and worry about money • Renew your mind to God's promises of provision • Believe Philippians 4:19 even when circumstances say otherwise • Replace financial fear with faith in God's Word • Speak God's promises over unexpected bills and financial needs • Build your faith by hearing and declaring the Word of God • Refuse to let your bank account determine what you believe • Walk in supernatural peace instead of financial anxiety • Develop an increase mindset based on God's promises

The goal isn't to pretend the financial need doesn't exist. It's to decide that God's Word gets the final say.

When financial pressure comes, go back to God's promises. Speak Philippians 4:19, Matthew 6:33, and 2 Corinthians 9:8 over your situation. Cast the care of it onto God, refuse to fear, and keep moving forward in faith.

Every need that arises is another opportunity to trust the God who promised to supply all your needs.

Being quick to repent is an important part of growing and maturing spiritually.

But repentance isn't about living condemned, beating yourself up, or trying to earn God's forgiveness. Biblical repentance means changing your mind, changing direction, turning toward God, and allowing Him to correct the areas of your life that need to change.

In this teaching, Travis Peters breaks down what the Bible says about repentance, why pride can keep us from admitting when we're wrong, and how developing a lifestyle of quickly repenting can lead to spiritual growth and times of refreshing in God's presence.

You'll learn how to recognize and repent from things like worry, gossip, slander, sinful habits, and other areas where God is lovingly helping you grow.

God isn't correcting you because He has stopped loving you. He corrects you because He loves you.

Be quick to repent. Be quick to apologize. Make the adjustment, receive God's forgiveness, and keep moving forward.

What if you didn't have to start every day worrying about what needs to be fixed, paid, solved, or figured out?

In this teaching, Travis Peters shows you how to enter into the rest of God, cast your cares on Him, hear His direction, and then take action from a place of faith instead of fear.

Hebrews 4 tells us to "make every effort" to enter God's rest. That doesn't mean doing nothing. It means refusing to carry the weight God never asked you to carry.

You'll learn how to:

• Cast your worries, anxieties, and concerns onto God • Stop beginning your day in survival mode • Hear God's direction for the problems you're facing • Recognize when God may be leading you through thoughts, Scripture, peace, or changing desires • Take action from faith instead of fear • Develop a worry-free, carefree lifestyle of trusting your Father

God has your cares. Your job is to trust Him, listen for His direction, and obey what He tells you to do.

Does the number in your bank account determine how you feel?

In this teaching, Travis Peters shares Increase Principle #13 from his book Increase Principles: 21 Ways to Break Free From the Poverty Mindset & Activate the Increase Life.

You'll discover why one of the most powerful financial mindset shifts you can make is learning to detach your emotions from your bank account. When money determines whether you feel peaceful, worried, happy, or discouraged, you've given it a role God never intended it to have.

Using Philippians 4, 1 Timothy 6:17, 2 Corinthians 9:8, and other Scriptures, Travis shows you how to stop allowing a number on a screen to control your peace and start trusting God as your true source and supply.

This isn't about having less money. It's about being able to increase financially without making money your source of security, happiness, hope, or peace.

What if you could approach God with complete confidence, knowing you've already been acquitted of sin and declared blameless in His eyes?

In this Bible study, Travis Peters teaches from Romans 5 about the life-changing power of God's grace. You'll discover what it really means to be justified by faith, have peace with God, and stand securely in His grace.

We'll also look at why guilt, shame, and condemnation don't belong in the life of a believer, how Jesus became the propitiation for our sins, and why understanding grace changes the way you pray, believe, and approach God.

God's grace means you don't have to earn His help, favor, or love. Through Jesus, you have access to the Father and can come boldly to the throne of grace to receive mercy and find help when you need it.

If you've ever struggled with feeling unworthy, condemned, ashamed, or like your mistakes are keeping God from answering your prayers, this teaching will help you understand what Jesus has already accomplished for you.

What if saying "I can't afford it" is actually keeping you trapped in a poverty mindset?

In this teaching, Travis Peters shares Lesson 17 from his book Increase Principles: 21 Ways to Break Free From the Poverty Mindset & Activate the Increase Life. He explains why Christians need to eliminate the phrase "I can't afford it" and replace it with a faith-filled question: "God, how can I?"

Using biblical principles from Deuteronomy 8:18, Proverbs 10:22, Philippians 4:19, Matthew 6:33, 2 Corinthians 9:8, and more, you'll discover how to stop allowing your bank account to determine what's possible and start looking to God as your source and provider.

Travis also shares practical examples of how to apply this mindset when you want something you don't currently have the money for. Instead of immediately deciding you can't afford it, learn to ask God, believe His promises, listen for His direction, and take the action steps He gives you.

Your current circumstances don't have to determine your future. Renew your mind, get "I can't afford it" out of your vocabulary, and learn to approach your finances with faith, expectation, and an increase mindset.
