Meet Kathy!

Kathy tells her story on how she chooses happy while she is still healing and managing life. In the midst of taking care of her miracle child from IVF, she experienced the suicide of a family. But this is NOT what this episode is about. The episode is about how a woman shows up every day even when she is struggling because she chooses happy. Hope this episode motivates and inspires you to choose happy even when you don't have your shit together.
