Long ago after a traumatic experience a wise soul told me to stop asking why, because I may never get an answer. I was told to look within - where all answers lie - and ask what was the lesson being taught and where did this pattern begin. So I set off to understand the uneasiness I felt inside and where it originated from. I decided to take an honest look, without blaming or judging myself and others and simply observe. From there I was able to find a path forward and uproot that which was hindering me in my life. Everything I teach, I've experienced myself and found that to be a key of sorts to learning to love myself and feeling whole.
