At the age of only 21, he was the co-founder of a business turning over 1 million a month in revenue. But, despite all of the accolades and external validation telling him that he was on the right path, Alvaro, like many high-achievers was struck by the mental, emotional and physiological back-fire of his highly demanding success. So, he walked away from it all in pursuit of deeper meaning, self-discovery and healing. 
 
 In this podcast we talk about the beauty of curiosity, entrepreneurship & the meaning of success, finding your passions as a multi-potentialite in a world that tells us to be linear, the process of reconditioning destructive emotional patterns, the impact of chronic tension on health and the path to deeper meaning and healing.

Sarah Scully-Leaf is a true example of a woman who has embraced discomfort and started living her dream life. In this conversation, episode 6 of The Inner Freedom Podcast, we talk about so many topics - healing trauma, facing discomfort, feminine-masculine dynamics, discovering authenticity and living in alignment. 

Sarah was a high rolling corporate lawyer and despite having all the 'success'  society told her she needed to be happy, she still felt unfulfilled and decided to leave the rat race behind and discover a life that was more in alignment for her. Fast forward to today, she is a highly successful women's coach, helping high achieving women discover their authenticity and live more in alignment. She's living the dream in Bali and has found a true balance in life that allows her both fulfillment in her business and lifestyle alike. 

We also talk at length about the importance of optimising a combination of somatic work (breathwork, meditation, cold exposure, etc) and mindset work with practical action to break limiting self beliefs and heal. With a strong emphasis on how breathwork has changed both of our lives and has been a pivotal aspect of our journeys.  

I enjoyed this conversation with Sarah so much and I hope it will be the first of many. I'm excited to share this with you and I'm sure you will get as many valuable insights from it as I have from my friendship with this truly inspiring woman.
