Our family had to throw out everything we own and emergency evacuate our family home. 
Why?
Due to our son getting awful Mould poisoning from invisible mould spores in our home.

What I’ve learnt this year on the deepest level is what is right for me, is most likely not what is right for you

and vice versa

How many of us are being subconsciously influenced. By what we think we should achieve?

Whether it’s $20k months.
More adventures and travel
A perfectly cut gym bod
An aesthetic home
A homestead with chickens
Being fully booked in business
Having excess
cash in the bank

We are all being drip fed our “shoulds.”
Yes! Even those of us who believe we are outside the norm. Enlightened or wisened to the games of the system.

It creeps the f up on you.

During my darkest months this year I actually asked what I wanted and I didn’t even know

I had fed myself so much bullshiz around what I should be achieving.
What others were doing, looking for the secret ingredient to make my life easier or more fruitful. I was looking so hard for what was missing.
I finally realised I had traded the matrix for a more spiritual version of the same sh.t

There will always be hardships in life, love, family and business.

Sometimes looking for the way out isn’t the solution. It’s embodying the mess and recognising what you need
In that very moment.

My studio was demolished to bring me home. Home to serve my family, home to be here for my clients but also Seb as he navigates this health trauma.
In those moments I didn’t trust it:
I thought I failed.
I banked my success on having an external venue.

What is it that you actually want?
Not what makes you feel safe?
Not what makes you feel successful?
What do you actually desire right now in this moment?

For me, slowness, safety and room to serve my family is of upmost importance to me. So to measure my worth against someone navigating through a completely different season is futile, damaging and distracting.
