The Journalling Challenge
Join me and other like minded souls looking to learn how writing can help them connect with themselves more while also helping them quieten their busy minds from the 13th April for The Journalling Challenge.
This challenge is for anyone looking to work with their overactive mind, rather than wanting to push their thoughts away, anyone who would like to understand their mind and their thoughts more, anyone who would like to learn more about themselves and how journalling can help them do that.
Over 30 days, you will be sent 12 different journaling prompts and ideas and over the 30 days you will have time and space to explore these ideas and styles to find out what it is that works for you. There are so many different ways to journal and methods of journaling and we will be exploring all of these different styles over the challenge.
It is not about adding something to your to do list, it is not about giving you more to do but showing you that there are lots of ways to help you feel calm and journalling could be one of those things.
The prompts will be sent out via email and through a private WhatsApp group and you will be able to save all of the prompts in order to use them again in the future.
