Have you been self-judging yourself constantly? How hard have you been to yourself?

You must already know that you should love your body. Love your body no matter what. Your body is the only thing in this world that is always available for you whenever you need it, and for whatever you need it for. It deserves your gratitude and LOVE. That's the minimum you can do.

But here's the thing 👉🏽 ⁣Loving your body also means doing your best to give it the best. The best shape you can, the best style you can, the best health you can from inside out. That's how you say thank you to your body. 😍⁣

Don't use self-love, self-acceptance, and body positivity as excuses, not to work out, not to eat healthily, not to dress up.
⁣
If you do this, know that you're being unfair to your body.

As creative people, we always have tons of ideas, Every single day…
And I was wondering why some of our ideas never come to life.  No matter how incredible they are. So I started paying attention to details, observing myself and some fellow creatives around, and here is what I’ve noticed 👉🏽 Our actions carry energy, either feminine or masculine. 

The feminine energy is all about creativity, intuition, nurturing, emotion-driven, etc. And the masculine energy is all about decisive action, goal-driven, discipline, focus, etc.

When we have an idea, the more we keep thinking, planning, projecting, feeling it, the less we take action to realize that idea. Have you noticed that? On the opposite, when we have an idea where we talk less and start taking action, the more we’re able to make it happen in the real world, Have you noticed that too?

In this episode, I explain how your energies affect ideas lifetime, and I share a strategy I created to map out my energies and make sure I put the right energy at the right time throughout my creative process. Hope this gives food to your thoughts and gets you more intentional on how you balance your energies and your ideas.

It is known that multi-passionate people struggle with clarity because of too many ideas at the same time.  Can you relate to this? 😉 Me too!

I was there until I understood the only REAL way to find clarity was 👉🏽 CONNECTION.

I used to get lost in my multiple ideas. I still have multiple ideas, but now, I have clarity. I understand the how and the when of my ideas. All this because I connect to my purpose on a daily basis through JOURNALING.

Journaling allows me to reset my energy, my mind, clarify my ideas. And it's also a great way to practice mindfulness. Journaling is my secret for clarity, and I strongly recommend you to try. 👌🏽
