This trailer was inspired by an instagram follower who wanted to know how I use yoga to manage my own struggles. This trailer gives a quick overview of my process with breathing and mountain pose. Mountain pose gives me strength as I root down into my feet, turning on my muscles and taking up space. The pose along with breathwork helps alleviate my mental giants.
Feel free to share how you conquer your mental giants, either comment in your podcast or send me a text. Also please follow, like and share this podcast.
Stay tuned for my story which airs on your favourite podcast app on September 10th.
