We are the fifth element This particular piece is very special and sentimental to me.It came through me at a very pivitol moment in my life, so I hope that you receive just as much as I did when it came to me.

We are the extension of pure creation, Of life force.. Like an umbilical cord Anchored in her, yet stretching To the skies, the sun, the stars And the cosmos.

We are alive.

This is the missing component. We are the living moving combustion Of every flowing energy We are the gold we have been seeking

Language is one of the most powerful tools

We have to pierce the veil and bring us back to true meaning

Every word we use carries meaning,

It carries a specific intention

It carries an energy can is either bring us more towards meaning

Or away from it

The truth never lies

Words that carry the energy of truth

will always pierce the distortions

Will always bring you back to your soul

To the memory of your meaning

It is pure, it is sharp and it cuts you

Straight to the bone

Straight to the core

Allowing what is stored inside to come out

To bleed through into your awareness

Altering your perception

Altering the lens in which you see yourself

You see others and you see the world.

Language has been one of the most

Powerful tools to manipulate and distort

Our frequency band,

Keeping us focused on a finite scale

Of notes,

Hearing the same tones, the same notes

For centuries over.

Writing the same stories

Keeping us cycling through the same experiences

Keeping us looping in in a hypnotic state

Only having logic and language as tools to translate some

Sort of meaning.

Yet it only leads us to the meaning we have been told.

At the same time  our own tongue

When attuned, can be the most powerful tool we have

To restore truth in our lives.

When we can express meaning

Through the oscillation of vowels and consonants,

Using intention to carrying the potent frequencies

Of truth - it can pierce the hardest of hearts

It can carry light into the darkness

Remove the distortions

And restore remembrance in our cells

It can instantly shift your physiology

To match and mimic the natural rhythm of nature

To sync with the heartbeat of the earth

And to begin dreaming with her again.

To Attune your tongue,

We must become conscious of the stories

We have been told.

We must look beyond the surface and

Learn how decode a deeper meaning

To see how these stories when they are told

And have been passed down to us over and

Over through culture that they have become

The autonomic scripts for our lives

Passing down limited truths

Keeping the next generations in a

Sleeping "beauty"

The question is do we continue

To perpetuate these "stories"

Do we continue to distort meaning

and disseminate information

With a hollow voice

Static sounds

To use words without meaning

Or do we choose powerfully to

Punctuate and personify our purity

Through word which will pierce

The veil of all distortion and bring

People home to their hearts

To true meaning,

Creating a new story to be told

One that restores our faith

In mankind,

Our abilities

Our gifts

Our power to create

Our power to restore harmony

Balance and abundance

A story of all stories

That writes us into the future.

The future of our eternal bliss"

Welcome to our second episode of the fire-side series where I get up close and personal with my dear friend and soul sister Julia McKeown for some deep insightful chats. As usual these conversations can on a life of their own and this episode is no exception. What began with a beautiful conversation about conscious business and soul centred sales quickly shifted into a really raw and honest conversation of our own personal journey of navigating the distorted feminine and our own feminine wounding. There was a point in this conversation where I feel we both forgot we were recording a podcast and what emerged were some deep realisations and some harsh #truths, which some may find triggering. This was certainly not an easy conversation to have. This episode ends with what I feel is a beautiful love note to the masculine. Words that Julia and I have never been able to express to the masculine and in a way perhaps these words are very much needed to be heard by the men of the world today.
