As with every other investment he has, Idaho entrepreneur and real estate investor AJ Osborne started small in self-storage, eventually founding Keylock Storage, which runs several facilities across the Pacific Northwest. When diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease that left him paralyzed, self-storage saved his life and his family by providing a steady income stream while he was incapacitated.
