Royce explains how the Democrat Communists in this country are incessantly vocalizing their desire for "Universal Background Checks" and so-called "Red Flag laws", and shows how they WILL be abused by highlighting a case in Maryland where a vindictive Dorchester County Director of Planning & Zoning, one Susan Webb, falsely filed an ERPO (Red Flag) petition by committing multiple acts of perjury just to teach a citizen a "lesson" (and, of course, she had no judicial action brought against her).
The silver lining is that this case is now the catalyst for a lawsuit, brought by Second Amendment Foundation on behalf of the intended victim, which seeks to repeal Maryland's Red Flag statute (link posted below).
