Today's Recipe:
1/2 head cauliflower (2 cups)
1 small head broccoli (2 cups)
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup mayo
2 tablespoon apple cider vin
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
1. Cut cauliflower florets off stem and into small pieces
2. Remove florets from broccoli and cut into small pieces
3. Dice red bell pepper
4. In large mixing bowl, place 2 cups broccoli, 2 cups cauliflower, and red bell pepper
5. Add mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper and mix until fully incorporated
6. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or over night
