Great book on how to inspire others and be an effective leader!

Highly recommend if you're looking to build influence and grow as a leader.

Iâve spent my career in marketing and sales, and this book definitely resonated for me. Kristi outlines four moves leaders can make to inspire others and lays them out in a clear, concise model thatâs easy to follow. The book frames inspiration in a different way so that you can see what behaviors actually drive that feeling of being energized and engaged. It also had several surprising findings that made me rethink the impact of the conversations we have â both at work and at home.

Kristiâs experience as a coach provides the book with numerous case studies and examples that made the book hit home. She doesnât gloss over the reality of working in a corporate environment, so the advice is relatable and relevant.
