Dr. Manu Melwin Joy is currently working as Assistant Professor at School of Management Studies, CUSAT. He has published 51 research papers in reputed International Journals and Conference Proceedings. Apart from publishing articles in accredited journals, he has authored seven books with the most recent one titled "PLAYBOUR - Gamification for employee engagement". Dr. Manu was honoured by V. Sivankutty (Minister for Education and Labour) considering his remarkable efforts in giving training on the topic “Gamification for Learning and Development” to more than 1000 VHSE teachers in the year 2021. He is a recipient of prestigious awards like Vocational Excellence Award 2021 provided by Rotary International (Cochin Technopolis Chapter) and Global Eminence Award 2021 instituted by Bestow Edutrex International.He has handled more than 120 international and national sessions on gamification for corporates such as IBM, The Hindu Group, The Federal Bank, Apollo Tyres etc and educational institutions like University of Technology and Applied Sciences (Oman), Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University ( Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), international University of Humanities and Development (Turkmenistan), Alatoo International University (Kyrgyzstan), Zanzibar University (Tanzania), California Lutherian University(Iran), Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (Lesotho), Arab Open University (Oman) to name a few .
