Leadership and fatherhood are one and the same, and they both require a degree of mental toughness—something every man should strive to develop, maintain, and healthily instill into the next generation.
Today’s guest is Jason Gardner, former Navy SEAL and Command Master Chief of SEAL Team FIVE. Today, Jason works for Echelon Front as a leadership consultant with renowned former SEALs Jocko Willink and Leif Babin.
Jason knows all about mental toughness, and in this episode, he helps me unpack what it means to be mentally tough, how to develop this trait, how to keep it sharp, and how it relates to fatherhood. Men, you do not want to miss this conversation.
