Born in Barbados, West Indies, Pastor Kim A. DiStefano is the founder of New Covenant Global Alliance, a ministry birthed to provide radical, unconventional and transformative training and development to equip current and emerging leaders with biblically sound tools and principles necessary to build effective ministries and lead others from religion to relationship with Christ. Pastor Kimberly is also the founder of The Deborah M.O.V.E.M.E.N.T, a non-profit organization dedicated to building a network of spiritually- enlightened and empowered women through radical and Christ-centered M.O.V.E.M.E.N.T (Ministry, Obedience, Vision, Education, Motivation, Excellence, Networking and Transformation. Undoubtedly, her anointing is to assist with establishing market-place ministry and ministering to others according to the Word and will of God. She believes that we are most like Christ when we are in service to others. She is currently the overseer of several ministries in Indiana, Georgia, Maryland and Houston. Pastor Kimberly is an accomplished and results oriented consultant and master facilitator with over 20 years of experience working with executives and leaders, creating vision and structure where there is none and developing end-to-end human resources solutions. She is the Managing Principal of Oracle HR Consulting, a human resource management consulting firm. She has been a value Executive Coach, advisor and business partner across a broad range of industries. Under the leadership of Apostle, Dr. Eugenia Gumm, Impact Dove Ministries, Dayton, OH, Pastor Kim is committed to learning and growing in Christ so she can better reach people of all ethnicities. As a teacher of the gospel, her contributions to ministry and to the community have been invaluable and kingdom-building. She is a co-author of, Unshackled: Stories of Hope, Triumph and Wholeness and “Finding Your Voice: The Valley Experience” Pastor Kim is currently completing her solo project, "The Emotionally Intelligent Church”. Kimberly is a wife and mother and when she is not in service to her family, company and ministry, Kim serves as a mentor for the 6th students in the Houston area and is an active advocate for academic equity for all students.
