I want to Dedicate this episode to my cousin Jemima. Rest in Peace June 15, 1987 - February 24th 2019.

Jem was my role model. She was someone i looked up to. Someone i aspired to have characteristics like. she will be missed and forever loved. This episode is for her.

Wanted to take a new approach and a new form of bringing perspective into light by adding a new segment to the show called "Life is Like" and this episode was inspired by my trip going to Florida to get away from New York and visit family and take a quick spontaneous vacation.

First time in my life where I've gone mountain bike ridding with my cousins and it was so amazing that it struck an idea to create an episode and this new segment to the show.

Celebrating my 10th episode with the biggest puzzle piece that has been a part of who I am today.

My neighbor, my friend, my brother, Shawn Boursiquot.

Shawn has been probably THE biggest influence to me from my social circle when i was young. His passion is admirable, his work ethic is outstanding, and his grind and hunger for what he wants in life is something i definitely picked up at such a young age.

Shawn found his love with the Pen. The power of words peaked his interest and awakened his gift. Hip-Hop was his first branch from expressing this new found gift.

This was where i knew this kid was on to something, He went on to produce some really good tracks which we talk about in this episode.

Simple enough he continued to grow and went on to poetry a and crafting stories, to eventually find his new place with screen writting. Honeslty one of my favorite episodes by far.

Another piece of who I am today.

My guest today is a childhood friend, Tirelle Barron. Musician, Artist, and Producer.

Tirrelle also known as TheNoiseAbove, carries a very unique asethetic with his character. His art and what he does is the wepitome of passion and hardwork.

Noise creates his art through music. But he wears many hats. Not only does he work on creating lyrics that touch the pure intellect of ones mind, but also produces his music which he calls a collection of "noise" put together sonically that honestly a new sound that he claims, no one is ready for.

Tirrelle makes sure he is a part of everything that goes into his craft. True art. His work ethic and creative soul is one to admire.

We talk about his love for music and how it grew. But we also dive deep into what struggles he faces in the world within. As a creator we face this inner critic that appears when we are vulnerable and exposed.

The Highs and Lows of life! Life is a huge ebb and flow.

It is a raging roller-coaster, and we all know this, but how aware are we really?

There are so many times where we feel in such a good mood, but equally we have days that aren't the greatest.

Within this episode i go over this common Internal Battle that we all face.

I give some simple but practical tips on how to over come your lows and extract as much as you can from your highs! An amazing episode hope you love it!

Gian is someone who I met through a mutual friend and immediately after getting to know Gian, I knew he was on a quest that he was proud of.

Gian specializes in Photography and Videography and has had this burning passion from watching some of the greatest movies like Titanic and Legally Blind.

At a young age hes found this love and passion for film making as well as photography. He calls himself a "Creative" which really peaked my interest thought it was an awesome description of himself.

This conversation goes in-depth on his journey and some of the amazing things hes done along the way.

He's gone through it and loves every bit of it. But this doesn't mean he doesn't or has not had any internal battles along the way. We discuss a lot of the internal conflicts hes gone through as wall as how he goes about seizing them.

We are all "Creatives" we have the ability to "Develop Our Eye". You'll see what that means within this episode.

Cole is now my Barber.

Some may think why interview my barber?

Its because Cole is some one who took the risk and jumped into his passion. Or should i say he cut through to his passion.

From a small moment to a new path in life, Cole has discovered his craft.

Afraid of his plan A which was to go to school for automotive mechanics, he found that the razor was his best bet

By diving into his passion, hes learned so much along the way, but of course hes had his share of internal battles.

He talks about how he goes about them and more!

New segment i want to introduce into my show, And i call it Book club for now.

Where i choose some of the most amazing books that have game me a whole new perspective out of life, and have influenced my mind in multiple ways.

I say this plenty of times that the value of a book often never matches the price, because you walk away with a ton of knowledge.

Books have been the biggest part of my transformation, and i want to share with you some of the most amazingly written books.

Today for the first segment, I went with The Artist Way, By Julia Cameron.

This book has more value than you can expect, it teaches you how to reclaim your art. This doesn't just apply to painters, writers, and designers, its for every one who has lost their "inner child"

This book is amazing in the way its written along with the value it provides!

Dreams

Something we've had since we were younger. Thinking and imagining the insane possibilities and lives we can potentially live. We dream a lot bigger than we think when we are kids, but as we get older we begin to fall prey to an enemy. An enemy that is within us all.

Fear

This nasty enemy, holds us back from so many things. Fear kills dreams, and we know that. There are many types of fears that we can feel, but I bring up three that are most common.

"You have a dream and you have to protect it"
