Your comments are not a reflection of who you are. This week we’re diving into what it is like to be so brave to live your life online and have your bravery threatened other people. The idea that somebody can come into your comments and comment on your appearance, because they do not know you, and how to understand that those comments mean more about who that person is than who you are. Cancel culture applies to every single human being out there but guess what when you’re self-aware enough that stuff will not bother you. You have to be willing to accept the criticism that comes along with being brave enough to share your story online. It translates to real life but people usually aren’t brave enough to say the things that they would say online to a persons face. Social media gives people a glimpse into your life, but it does not give them a glimpse into who you are hold true to who you are and understand that you are, you for a reason!
