This week Matthew Leach speaks to Guernsey’s Head of Law Enforcement and the Chair of the States Strategic Co-ordinating Group, Ruari Hardy.

Mr Hardy was responsible for co-ordinating the island’s response to Storm Ciaran and making sure people in Guernsey were kept safe.
