Deputy Lindsay de Sausmarez speaks about her committee's recently released Electricity Strategy.

In it, the Committee for the Environment and Infrastructure recommended that Guernsey should pursue a new interconnected with France, while developing solar and wind power to meet our increasing needs for electricity.

She told Express' News Editor, Matthew Leach, that the response to the strategy has been positive so far, but it'll now need political will to get the wheels turning.
