What’s your definition of success?

That moment when you step back and think: I’ve made it. This is the destination I’ve been working my arse off for years to get to. It’s quite thrilling when it happens. I'll tell you mine in this episode. It wasn't selling my business, getting a Ferrari or anything like that.

Being able to say no to business opportunities that don't suit you is the greatest luxury of all. 

It's a better success goal than material wealth.
