We stray from the path of Bond this week to delve into the world of another JB, Jason Bourne. Or David Webb? Or Cain? CAin is to Delta as Delta is to Cain? Or is it Carlos? I demystify the differences between the novel and the 2002 film in a new series.

The next of the seven deadly sins is, gluttony. A sin and a vice at the same time, as like 007 we take pleasure in what we eat and drink. After this holiday season we all probably are going to need to get back on the #bond25fitnesschallenge, so let'S get motivated with this weeks special episode. 

Just a quick holiday message. 

Yes back by popular demand is the second outing by Daniel Craig as 007, Quantum of Solace, reviewed and commented on by the #double0wife . Check out her opinions, and my shared ones as well, from the beautiful mind of my lovely wife Valerie. 

It has been my dream for years to have my own poker table and recently, thanks to some extra lumber lying around, I made it a reality. Using all of my skills, however mediocre they may be, I designed a copycat logo of the one used from 2006's Casino Royale and created version 1 of my table. I kept costs low and got an amazing result. 

I was honestly looking forward to a bit of a break. November was the preparations of my Casino Royale themed poker table, the one year anniversary of the show, Operation : Cold Reception with The James Bond Complex... But the Gods at EON bestowed us with the gift of a second teaser trailer, character cards and THE TRAILER. THE MOVIE TRAILER. So the following is my reaction and a recap of recent events. 

One of my favorite things to do on a Saturday night is to cook a meal for me and my wife. We often do something fancier for ourselves and watch a movie (from which was born That's What She Said). Since I read the novel Casino Royale in 2006/2007, I have wondered... why the hell did they eat an avocado for dessert? To help answer that and other culinary 007 references, I picked up a copy of License To Cook by Edward Biddulph. I then was able to recreate the Tournedos, underdone in Béarnaise sauce with artichoke hearts, along with strawberries and cream for our traditional Saturday night supper. With Casino Royale playing on the screen and me taking notes, I was ready to give the book the Intrepid 007 review. Instead, I reached out to Mr Biddulph himself and he graciously accepted this interview.

Any good catholic knows the seven deadly sins, and I suppose bad catholics know them better. These sins can also be applied to the stereotypes of both men and 007. This new series explores the James Bond stereotypes of men through the capital vices described by the papacy.

In the first episode we talk Lust, going over classic Bond misogyny, womanizing, the #metoo and #timesup movements, ans what's on the horizon.
