Your brain is programmed to see what's wrong because it's trying to protect you, so that's what it's always looking for. Your brain will spend all day searching and finding negative thoughts that create negative emotions just so you will go somewhere safe and hide. This is the opposite of self-confidence and I'll tell you how to turn it around in this episode.
