I've been moved to share 30 stories of the people I've had the deep honour of walking beside as their coach.

Not case studies. Not testimonials.

But reverent witnessing of real humans who've had their feet in the fire, in their becoming, in the quiet miracles that changed everything.

This is a devotion to the people who said yes to themselves when there was no guarantee and when the path of least resistance would have been to give up, numb out or stay small.

This is an homage to those you surrendered when control would have been "safer", and who discovered that the consciousness of love was the ultimate bringer of their transformation.

This is a humdinger of an episode where I go to the root cause of why my multidimensional experiences slowed down for me - in own personal experience of life. 

Deep seated blame, shame and unworthiness were lying in the shadows and unless I saw it, leading from the abundance of my multidimensional nature would have continued to be short-changed, not for my clients, but for myself.

If life has felt slower or more flat than it has in the past, I truly hope this episode will be as eye-opening as it was for me to receive this week.

Yesterday I shared on social media that over the next 30 days, I’ll be sharing stories of the people I’ve had the deep honour of walking beside.

This is where this pull began.

On Monday I parked my car at the gym on my way to Spin class.  As I walked, I was reflecting on the fact that often we risk it all (our identity and safety) in the process of our becoming.  It hit me emotionally and my eyes went teary.  I noticed this.

Then later that day as I was writing my notes to self, that feeling came back and I began writing, person after person in the third person, starting with “There is nothing more I love than walking with people who”.  At the fourteenth person, the vision of this 30 days of honouring came and I said yes.

Please enjoy Day 1 of honouring someone who is indeed living a very happy and authentic life.  May you see yourself, or the possibility of yourself, in them.
