Katelyn is an Ayurveda Specialist, Integrative Nutritionist, and Yoga Instructor. She has been practicing yoga and implementing Ayurveda into her own life for the past 15 years.

Katelyn earned a BS from the Maharishi International Institute for Ayurvedic Studies, as well as an Integrative Nutritionist Certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Katelyn works one on one with her clients to help them develop a healthy relationship with and understanding of their body, mind, and soul, through food, herbal remedies, and lifestyle practices.

Her mission is to nourish people back to wellness.
