He thought that the beginning of his sobriety would lead to happiness but realized that internal trauma and an ongoing unaddressed feeling of something being wrong persisted even after sobriety.

Throughout his story, Mr. Casey shares helpful advice about substance abuse recovery, AA, rehab, mindset, lifestyle, and self-improvement.
