The Irish Rally Podcast

Having already recorded a feature interview with Becs prior to the sad passing of Craig Breen, Toni sat down with Becs once again and had a very heart warming conversation about her dear friend.

The stories are cherished and we are very grateful to Becs for sharing them.

Becs Williams needs no introduction.

For years she excelled in covering Rallying and is at the forefront of WRC's All Live service.

Becs also of course has covered the Tarmac Championship and has made great friends here.

This episode was recorded before the untimely passing of Craig Breen.

Tonight on The Irish Rally Podcast we take a very family themed approach to our look back on the Wilton Recycling Donegal International Rally.

3 Siblings competing in the same event at the same time isn't unprecedented but it is somewhat rare with the Harris, Kearney, Driver and Kelly families among those achieving this feat over the years.

This year it was the turn of the Eves Family with Dylan taking home his class, while Kevin and Corey fell away on the final loop after very entertaining drives.

We find out what got these 3 boys into rallying and discover how they keep the whole thing going.

We will also be joined by another set of brothers in Richard and David Moffett, with arguably one of the best rally stories you will hear from any rally over the years.

We get insight into why David went back to the Starlet.

We talk about the enterprising element to the family.

And at the end of the show we will have a full rundown of all the class winners.

The first of those wins came just one year after the duo had taken the National in Donegal in 2015.

Here we get to know Donall away from Rallying.

We learn about his success away from the stages, growing up in a house full of sports mad people, his friendship with Manus Kelly and much more.

Join us for another blockbuster episode!

We have Gary Kiernan, Kevin Eves, Jason Black and Eddie Doherty on AT THE SAME TIME!

But that's not all!

We have interviews with Callum Devine and Rob Duggan.

And Photographer Dave Harrigan joins us also to give us an insight into life capturing the action from the ditches!

Eugene Donnelly is a 5 time Tarmac Champion and highly thought of far and wide.

But here we get to know 'Genie' in a way that very few will have seen or heard before.

Toni Kelly sits down and speaks with recent Rally Croatia JWRC Winner Eamonn Kelly.

It was an emotional weekend in Croatia and Eamonn describes it all for us including his win.

Rob Duggan is also back in the country and will contest this weekend's Rally of The Lakes in the Melvyn Evans prepared Polo R5.

Rob gives great insight into his story and tells us how his outlook on the Sport has changed over the past decade.

Our latest offering brings us to a truly amazing story.

In September 2022 Ken Blanche was fighting for his life after suffering from not one but two heart attacks.

And remarkably just a short time later he was back calling notes again in a Rally Car!

We called down to Ken's house to chat with the colourful Carlow man who put everything on the line to tell his story openly and candidly.

We also pay tribute to the late Craig Breen who sadly passed away recently.

And we discuss the Rally of The Lakes this weekend.

The latest Live Interactive show will also include a Tracker Unit Demo by Terry Hegarty.

We put Entry List Queries to Nestor.

We chat to Tom Scallan & Tomas O’Rourke.

We look back at the COI, look ahead to the Moonraker and much more!
