On this weeks episode we are talking about the new Benchpress rules that were announced by the IPF this past month. There are 3 new rules for the bench press and the main one is specific to range of motion, a hot topic in the powerlifting community. We talk about that and more on this episode.

This years SBD Cup is shaping up to be the biggest powerlifting meet we have ever signed up for. Bigger of course than even the national championships. With more than 400 people signed up to lift, we are excited to see some of the best lifters in the country go head to head. But we are even more excited for our awesome powerlifting team with 21 lifters signed up. We share our thoughts on this episode.

With the past heatwave we wanted to chat about the difference opinions on when is too much too much. Some people thrive under 'tough' training conditions, while others opt for the 'train smarter not harder' approach. We just wanted to talk about this hopefully without offending anyone or without passing judgement. Every can choose for themselves and there is a right way for each individual.
