A new special series which focuses on Mental Health and with amazing professionals and by professionals I mean actually qualified psychologists. This episode focuses on stigmas that surround Mental Health and Illness and attending to questions like "What is therapy?" and having meltdowns to advise like "Why are you not happy?".

The panel gets together and talks about cringe social media stories and also discussing the times they started using social media, their first profile pictures, and sharing some embarrassing stories which is the theme of the episode.

In this episode of the Irrelevant stories the panel discuss about Movies and Shows and a lengthy discussion about serial killers and dictators while also arriving at a conclusion that the whole panel might be a potential serial killer.
