Listening to them talk made me realize just how important it is to have people around you who have the same goals, drive and aspirations as you. I give my thoughts on this topic as well as the consequences/benefits of having an outer source of motivation and why surrounding yourself with the right people could be the slight edge that gives you an advantage over others.
