A man crashes his ship in the middle of the pacific ocean and is surviving on a raft. He’s picked up by Val Kilmer and taken to an island run by a disgraced madman geneticist full of human-animal hybrid creatures running around. The creatures figure out how to take out their electro shock devices that’s been keeping them in line and revolt. A bunch of people are killed and the man builds a makeshift sailboat to sail back to England.
