Denzel shares his Aerospace🛰️journey with us and how he was able to see what it took to work in that field and what led to that becoming his full-time position.

Welcome, Dr. Kayla C. Thomas to the I.T. Factor Podcast!

At the time of the shoot, Dr. Thomas was attending medical school at Howard University. She was selected for the NFL Diversity in Sports Medicine pipeline initiative. This is Where she got a chance to work with the New York Giants!🏈🔴🔵

We spoke about how she enjoyed working for the Giants and loves to work with athletes stemming from her athletic background in undergrad! Her abilities to relate with athletes as a former track athlete were present because of her past injuries. First hand, she knows what recovery looks like.

I am proud to see that she has matched with the University of Virginia to finish her residency. She plans to pursue a Sports Medicine Fellowship that will help propel her to becoming a Primary Care Sports Medicine Team Physician.

I know that the future is so bright for Dr. Kayla C. Thomas and I look forward to continuing to document all of her great accomplishments.

Welcome, Ms. Murlonda Janelle, to the IT Factor Podcast!

Murlonda is a children’s book author. In this episode, we discussed what led to her becoming an author and the importance of representation in books. The work that she is doing is fantastic because most of her characters are based of her nephews.

I can only imagine how great they fill when they see there auntie making books not only for black boys, but them being the main characters. This episode took me back to my childhood when I got introduced to the Tiki and Ronde Barber book by my brother's side.

It was an honor hearing her speak about the importance of people finding their voice and speaking up for what they believe in! We also spoke on the advice she was open to give to people that would like to be in her shoes some day.

I like how she spoke on my platform in effort of making a real and needed impact. I can see that we are both making an amazing impact in this world! I see so much greatness coming her way and I want to see her keep changing the narrative!

In this episode, we speak on her fantastic journey in the visual arts and photography industry. She speaks on the importance of black women being in this space. We also talked about how she was able to shoot high school football players and grow with them, see them as they go off to college, and accomplish great things!

She then speaks on the work she was able to do with the New Orleans Pelicans, LSU, All the Smoke podcast, NCAA Tournament, & the New Orleans Saints Mini Camp and games.

Ms. Ragan’s impact ranges from Friday night lights high school football, intercollegiate athletics, and professional sports.

I am proud to witness her become one of the greatest in visual arts! I would like to see her continue impacting the youth and adults through her work!!

I found her on YouTube one day as I was working through a coding issue, and ever since then, I knew I had to bring her onto my podcast.

I am so proud of her for being a self-taught web developer. 🙌🏾

I say this because while I was entering the tech world in college, I thought that the only way you could learn was to go to college.

We also spoke about how she felt educates her students as a resource officer and also people in the community as an officer. She tells them about their rights and helps to create a friendly environment among officers and the community.

We then discuss the importance of her remaining a great mother while working towards making the world a better place for her kids and her community. It was a pleasure to have her on the show!!
