ABC's TGIF block wasn't all rousing successes like Full House, Family Matters, and later Boy Meets World and Step by Step.  You had absolute failures like this entry from The Jim Henson Company, a sitcom which had Dinosaurs roots but lacked Dinosaurs' charm.  Bobut was no Baby Sinclair.

In Episode 8 of The 506 Game, Greg and Mike talk MLB playoffs, Goalie Goals and the CFB/NFL announcer slate for this week. Be warned that CBS' map for this week is out there with the gerrymandering. 

As a bonus for you card fans, at 57:25 Mike busts a box of Topps Allen & Ginter 2026. Can Mike pull an Anne Hathaway card in the box?

In Episode 2 of the SCTM, Greg and Dane looked at the first NWA-TNA Weekly PPV from 2002. A year and a half later, they look at the follow-up PPV from the following week. We have an amazing four-way match to crown the first-ever X-Division Champ and a whole lot of crap underneath. But we do get the one and only TNA appearance of the man, the myth, the legend, CHEEX!

In Episode 7 of The 506 Game, Mike and Greg look at the announcers from this week's MLB Wild Card series on NBC along with the CFB Announcers in Week 5, and the weirdest gerrymandered map for the NFL from FOX in the Week 4 slate. We also have Mike discuss this past week's sporting events in Cleveland, with the surprising early success for the Browns and the Guardians starting their playoff run in the ALDS this weekend.

How many times have we talked about television networks trying to capitalize off of the proverbial flavor of the month?  It happened in 1982, when networks scrambled to find their Indiana Jones.  ABC went with Tales of the Gold Monkey.  CBS went with this entry, about Frank Buck, an actual animal collector who, supposedly, brought every single one of 'em back alive.

In the nicest episode of the SCTM, Greg and Dane return to 2005 WWE for Unforgiven '05 from Oklahoma City. The Invisible Man defends the WWE Title against Kurt Angle, Matt Hardy and Edge battle in a Steel Cage and can Ric Flair handle four lovely ladies in a limo in one night?

Greg and Mike in Episode 6 of The 506 Game look at this week's CFB and NFL broadcasting pairs while talking about the ending of last week's NC State/Vanderbilt game, the upcoming MLB postseason, and some new songs Greg created on Suno for two of our recurring segments!

One of our favorite series of shows over the years has been our Hometown Commercial episodes. In our final edition of this series during the regular run of the podcast we conclude with a bang by welcoming back some of our old favorites include Frankie Flight, Rhett & Link and that one YouTube account from Alaska which has some great cheap commercial gold! 

Greg and Dane take a trip down to Oklahoma on the newest SCTM as they look at the November 9th, 1984 episode of Mid-South Wrestling on the WWE Vault channel.

We take a look as the Rock 'n' Roll Express introduce a new concept match to end their feud with the Midnight Express and Jim Cornette in the territory.

We also see a very young HBK as a jobber, the meeting of the Two Hacksaws, and a big sale by Skandor Akbar!

In the first hour-long episode of The 506 Game, Greg vents to Mike about the last week in Queens with Pete Alonso's return with Baltimore and how much he hates the ground David Stearns walks on.

Following that, they discuss today's CFB announcer slate, highlighted by LSU at Ole Miss, along with the Week 2 games in the NFL on Sunday.
