In April 1997, 22 year old university student  Cho Jung-pil went to a fast food restaurant with his partner. While his girlfriend was ordering, Cho left to use the bathroom, but moments later would be found collapsed and covered in blood on the toilet floor. This would spark chaos as police rushed down to the scene, starting what would be a messy, complicated, near 20 year long case.
