About Chrystal Durnan 💁🏻‍♀️ Chrystal brings with her over 10 years of combined experience in talent acquisitions. She was the lead talent acquisition and culture strategy for the national medical spa, OVME. As one of their first corporate employees she was fortunate to wear many hats and jokes that this is where she received her unofficial MBA - or “masters in beauty administration,” as she calls it. She most recently transitioned from her Director of Talent Acquisitions role at OVME, to her current role as SkinSpirit’s Senior Manager of Talent Recruiting.
