After watching a Tik-Tok video conversation between Jay Shetty and his wife Radhi, Cathy is mesmerized by what Jay said and it sparked a podcast about love, love languages and a term we created called, Micro-connections (maybe we didn't create it. We're not sure).

As a couple, we go to the deep end of the pool all the time - offline and often not for the world to witness via this podcast (or at least my mother to witness as she's the only listener ...). 

Still, it's a wonderful episode that we are glad to share with you.

And yet we found a way to get on track and finally talk about what we  changed in our lives that allowed us to find one another. We let go of  past behaviors and focused on being our authentic selves.
