Hey guys and welcome back to episode 17! Today I’ll be briefly discussing how to turn your anxiousness into excitement, because really when you think about it, they’re somewhat similar right? Except that one brings negative feelings, and feelings of being closed off, or insecurities. While the other one brings feelings of being open, feelings of joy, and feelings of happiness, both feelings can make you over whelmed, but one feels better than the other. I’ll also be touching more on this topic at a later point, but we have a busy schedule today and had to cut it a tad short, let me know what you think and I hope you enjoy! :)
