This week's guest is Jim Ballenger, Pastor at the Harris Chapel Church of the Nazarene. We discuss his passion for mentoring teenagers and the issues that today's teens face. This week's guest is my wife Jill. On this episode we talk about how I got into a rut in 2018 and how I was able to make changes to improve myself. We discuss how listening to podcasts gave me ideas on how to get out of my rut and encouraged me to try new things. As usual our conversation include a lot of playful banter back and forth. My guest this week is Kat Knox who is the Marketing and Development Director at YWCA Central Indiana. On this episode we discuss how she got involved with the YWCA and her role there. We also discuss how the YWCA Central Indiana is a women's shelter, the services and programs that help women overcome their adversity and how the YWCA is different from the YMCA. Kat is amazing woman who is helping the YWCA have a positive impact for women in our community.

In this episode my wife and I discuss our experiences during our first year of parenthood. We talk about when it really hit us that we were becoming parents and what those first first day and nights were like. We also talk about some must have items for the baby, getting through the lack of sleep and Jill's decision to be a stay at home mother. This is not us telling anyone how to parent just our experiences over the last year. We hope new or expecting parents can get a tip or two from it, people with older children can relate and everyone can get a laugh. 

Brock French is the President and Founder of The Wounded Veterans Foundation. In this episode we discuss his service as a marine and his decision to start a foundation to help our veterans. We also discuss the programs they offer, including general financial assistance, home modifications and service dogs. Brock is a very driven individual determined to do all he can to help those who have served our country in the military. 

Brad Daughtery, a local Muncie community member and business owner, discusses his son's current battle with brain cancer. To help fight this battle Brad discusses the support his family has received from the community and how it has impacted his family. 

My guest is Jordan Rhodes, a Financial Adviser at Comprehensive Financial Services located here in Muncie. Outside the world of finance she has three kids and is an avid baker. In this episode we discuss finances, the process of adopting, and her passion for baking. We also discuss time management and how to get all of these jobs done!
