Dionne is the co-owner of Realty ONE Group Gold Standard, the fastest growing real estate company in Pittsburgh. In just four years, she and her partner have grown Gold Standard from the two of them to over 200 agents. 

She has been a listing and marketing specialist since 2004. Since starting her real estate career, she has been coached by many of the top real estate coaching companies in the country. She was ranked in the Top 500 Real Estate Marketers in the US and Canada. 

Four years into Gold Standard, her and her partner have now opened Motto Mortgage Keystone, WeInsure Gold Standard and Gold Standard Closings making it a true family of companies. 

It is her goal to affect someone's life every day in a positive way and she does just that at Gold Standard. She runs a monthly Think and Grow Rich mastermind.  Her and her husband own several multi-unit buildings in the Mon Valley area. She loves Christmas and during the pandemic of 2020 opened Santa's Secret Shoppe in the city of Monongahela.

Brianne Mitchell is a media strategist, producer, consultant and COO for Mitchell Legal Services and Mitchell Law Office. She is also author of the award-winning children's book, The Della and Lila Book Series. Bri is a philanthropist, and the very proud mom of two girls, Della (13) and Lila (11).

The Della and Lila Book Series donates all of their proceeds to various organizations, that support children and families - both in SWPA and all over the world - through their own nonprofit, The River Fund.

A passionate advocate for the communities and history of our region, she has also worked and partnered with some of the biggest names in the industry - Disney, Sesame Street, Sesame Workshop, Netflix, Showtime, and WQED. 

If that’s not enough…Bri is a partner in the digital media firm, Local Productions, and she and her husband Mitch opened the Black Horse Tavern in Brownsville, PA. You don’t want to miss this one.

Mj Callaway is a keynote speaker and award-winning author of seven books. Mj works with organizations that want to improve workplace communication, create resilient teams, increase sales performance, and accelerate bottom-line results. 

But there was an unexpected twist along MJ’s entrepreneurial journey. Since 2016, she has faced cancer…twice. Her first diagnosis came with a 20 percent chance of survival.
